In the centre of the township, behind the Yarck Hotel is the Yarck Recreation Reserve. Here you will find toilets, BBQ facilities and an undercover children’s playground coming from Melbourne if you turn right at the main intersection in Yarck and drive about 800m up the dirt road, you will come to the very old and historic Yarck old cemetery.
